ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE MYSELF...

I help build communities through team building, research, digital media tech, and mortgage notes. As the President & CEO of the Asset Management firm, in Engerman Estates, Dr. Engerman applies his deep research skills to manage private portfolios of mortgage notes. In this role, he manages assets for private investors specializing in mortgage notes. This includes acquiring, selling, and cleaning mortgage note assets.

Using his executive coaching background and learning design systems development degree, Dr. Engerman manages a nationwide portfolio working with investors and borrowers to maintain a pathway to homeownership and clients maintain a healthy portfolio of notes. He works with banks and firms across the country to improve communities.
